Цитокиновый профиль Тr1 включает продукцию IL-10, в меньшей степени TGF-в и IFN-г [22]. IL-10 и, вероятно, TGF-в являются основными факторами реализации супрессорного влияния на пролиферацию и цитокиновую продукцию Тh1, Тh2, CD4+CD25+-Т-клеток [26, 29]. Некоторые исследователи показали способность Тr1 угнетать продукцию иммуноглобулинов В-клетками и модулировать антигенпрезентирующую активность моноцитов и DC [29].

Тr1 имеют ограниченный ростовой потенциал (вследствие продукции значительной концентрации IL-10), хотя они могут пролиферировать под влиянием IL-15. Избыток данной субпопуляции лимфоцитов может провоцировать развитие инфекционных заболеваний, таких как туберкулез [29] и болезнь Лайма [31]. Некоторые инфекционные агенты (например, вирус Эпштейна--Барра и цитомегаловирус) используют этот феномен, продуцируя молекулы, аналогичные IL-10 [13].

Заключение

Представленные в настоящем обзоре сведения о фенотипической и функциональной гетерогенности регуляторных субпопуляций Т-лимфоцитов дают основание полагать, что исследователи еще далеки от понимания тонких механизмов регуляции иммунных процессов. Очевидно, что регуляторные клетки с супрессорной активностью играют важную роль в патогенезе аутоиммунных заболеваний, рецидивирующих и персистирующих инфекций, аллергических болезней, злокачественных новообразований. Дальнейшее исследование путей развития и функционирования этих клеточных субпопуляций открывает возможности к разработке новых подходов в терапевтической тактике при различных вариантах иммунопатологии.
