In the course of people's culture conceptual reconstruction the author reveals that the “generalizing-typifying” form of rationality is formed in the “non-written” space of people's environment and the level of collective perception is open for folk influence, substantiates that for this reason folklore acts as the “channel” of cultural tradition and education retranslation during the traditional period of people's culture existence, and shows that thereby “constructing” the social-cultural reality required by socium it creates the conditions for people's culture permanent “self-reproduction”.
