This article discusses the features of the contract of carriage, regulation of legal aspects of transportation and transportation of goods, in order to avoid violations of the rights of the parties; articles of the Civil code, which sets out the General provisions that determine the responsibility of the parties and the conditions of carriage; attention is paid to the transport regulatory framework in the preparation of the contract of carriage of goods on transport of a particular type.
