Коллаборативные технологии поддержки гибридного обучения позволяют, кроме прочего, обогатить существующие процессы упрощенными вариантами обратной связи, а также расширить представления администраторов об объекте управления за счет расширения спектра собираемых данных и возможностей по их анализу и интерпретации, что облегчает реальный, а не декларируемый переход к практике доказательной образовательной политики [26, 27], а также внедрение интеллектуальных технологий в учебный процесс [28].
В рамках предложенной работы мы обсудили возможности современных коллаборативных технологий, плюсы и минусы, которые они могут принести в учебный процесс на разных уровнях, для которых, в свою очередь, мы обозначили группы пользователей. Как следствие, для этих групп открывается широкое поле дальнейшей работы по формализации сценариев использования коллаборативных технологий и реинжиниринга процессов организации. Отметим, что мы не рассматривали дополнительные инструменты, связанные с изменением медиасреды (включая виртуальную и дополненную реальность) и задействованием искусственного интеллекта.
