Таким образом, наследием мифа в истории является фигура родоначальника, основателя исторической традиции, которую часто относят и к мифу, и к истории. В якутской культуре таким лицом стал Тыгын, который в преданиях в условной эпической форме получает харизму от верховных божеств. Это позволяет нам считать, что мифологизация лидера происходила не только в собственно мифологическую эпоху, но и в переломный для якутов XVII в., когда существовали тенденции перехода к вождеству. Мифологизация Тыгына также происходит после вхождения в Московское государство. Сакрализация лидера была отражением процессов активной политической социализации и этноинтеграции. Формирование основных характерных черт, свойств, присущих политическому лидеру в образе якутского исторического персонажа Тыгына, а также совокупность объективных условий развития Якутии предопределили образование авторитарного типа политического лидерства, характерного для общей модели лидерства Российского государства.

Leadership in the Pre-State Culture of the Sakha People

The article gives the analysis of the practice of implementing political leadership within the framework of Russian political history, taking into account the national traditions of its multiethnic people particularly the Yakuts. Political leadership, being a specific phenomenon of power, manifests itself not only in various actions and relations of domination and subordination, but also affects the entire course of the historical development of the state. Therefore, it is very important to study the place and role of political leadership in the structure of politics and power in different periods of human history and among different peoples, to determine the basic elements and grounds inherent in leadership, to study its regulatory role in influencing public process and the world outlook of the people. Political leadership, being one of effective and efficient political institutions, and, at the same time, instruments at a specific historical moment fulfils the function of political creativity and creation. The article deals with the period of the XVII century when Russia was developing into a multinational state. The relevance of the research is determined by combination of basic characteristic features, qualities inherent in the political leader in the image of the Yakut historical person Tygyn. The combination of objective conditions of the development of Yakutia predetermined the formation of an authoritarian type of political leadership that was characteristic of the general model of leadership in the Russian state. The authors have carried out a comparative analysis of legends, myths, and facts of a particular historical period with political and historical concepts, estimates of this period, which enables to take a fresh look at the role of a potestary leader in history.
